Here at Fergusson Home and Retirement Village, we provide high-quality aged care in a homely environment close to Rotorua town centre.
Our small facility allows our dedicated staff to really get to know residents: creating a warm and caring environment where people feel like they are part of our family.

Our purpose-built facility is nestled amongst beautifully-maintained gardens in a quiet residential setting.
We have 39 rest home beds, 2 suites and 14 self-contained units for people who are looking for independent living with added security.
We provide a high standard of personalised care for our residents by ensuring kindness, compassion, dignity, and independence are incorporated into all aspects of our care.

Rest Home Care
We offer high-quality residential care and good-sized, comfortable rooms.
You will be cared for by our committed staff who genuinely love what they do. Together with you and your family, we develop a personalised care plan for you.

Respite and Day Care
We offer respite care to anyone over 65 who is recovering from illness or requires care while family or carers are away.
If you simply want a change of scenery, we also offer a day care option on weekdays for non-residents.
